September 16th - River Paddle with Sandbar Yoga
Join us on Saturday, September 16th for a SUPer fun and adventurous day! This will be out LAST river yoga for the 2017 season!

We will be going on a guided river paddle on the Meramec River with Shane Perrin, owner of SUP St. Louis. We will take a break at a sand bar where we will have a 1 hour yoga session led by Mandy Jane of Elation Odyssey Yoga and do a little relaxing before we head back out on the water.
To assure we keep our group together on this excursion, it is required that you have previous experience on a stand up paddleboard. If you do not, you can take a SUP 101 class with SUP St. Louis on September 9th at simpson lake To register for this 101 class click here.
We will meet up at Route 66 State Park boat ramp. SUP St. Louis will provide shuttle to to Allenton. Distance on the river is 6.8 miles which ESTIMATES an average time duration of 1.5 hours (not including yoga and time spent on the sand bar) We plan to paddle for 1 hour, break for a 1 hour yoga session and then continue to the finish at Route 66 State Park.
What you will need:
Sunscreen and bug spray
Plenty of water
Meet up time will be at 1:30 Pm at Route 66 State Park boat ramp.
Includes: board, paddle, PFD, guided paddle, Lunch and yoga
