1 hour Stand Up Paddle fitness instructor lead class. This course pairs on land and on board exercises that will utilize fitness on board band system. You will experience a total body work out! All exercises are adjustable so that any fitness level is welcome. The class includes a premium set up of: paddle board, adjustable paddle, PFD and Fitness on Board Band System.
