Guided River Paddles - 3.5 mile or 7 mile

Rt. 66 State Park. When you enter the main road to the park it will be a long road down the outer rd. At the end of the road where it dead ends, go right. It will take you to the parking lot where the boat ramp is.
*Basic  SUP skills necessary to attend River Paddle; SUP101 or equivalent experience*
Guided river trips are a unique way to SUP and see the river.  We operate on the Meramec River.

We will met at the boat ramp where we will be taking out, we will pick you up and shuttle you to the put in location.  From there we'll paddle down river and end at the take out back to your vehicle. Trip takes 4-7 hours with frequent stops.

Items Needed:
  • Footwear. Please wear some type of shoe that has a heel strap. Chacos, Tevas, water shoes etc. NO FLIP-Flops or Crocs! you may have to get off the board if there are shallows.
  • ​Water. It will be hot. Make sure you bring something to drink. 
  • Sunblock. Paddle boarding is fun. Sunburn is not.
  • Snacks. If you're like most people a good snack will perk you up and tide you over till you finish your trip.
  • Drinks. Stay hydrated. Drink fluids.
