45 minute instructor led on board yoga class with 30 minutes of exploration paddle following.
What better place might there be to enjoy a vinyasa flow than a paddle board, listening to the water lap against the side of the board? With the board as your mat, enjoy the calm of the water and the breeze in the trees as you practice mindful breathing and balance, and increase your flexibility. Instructor will give options for beginners and intermediate yogis alike to provide a challenging sequence that will leave you feeling strong and empowered.
