SUP Pilates Classes
Pilates on the Paddleboard is a phenomenal mind, body, and soul experience which enhances the movement of Pilates by experiencing the healing benefits of nature. SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Pilates is a beginner to intermediate class which provides a full body conditioning experience, builds core strength, develops confidence, and increases stability. Using the SUP board as a mat, participants will improve flexibility, posture, and balance while challenging the body in a unique way. A brief basic instruction will be provided on land, followed by 45 minutes of Pilates on the water and 30 minutes of free paddle. All supplies will be provided.
